Research-material orders are processed through Hidden Royalty and may be fulfilled by our white-label fulfillment partner, PrymaLab.
U.S. shipping
Checkout currently uses a flat $10 U.S. shipping charge.
Tracking and fulfillment
After an order is accepted for fulfillment, carrier and tracking information are provided when available. Lot information from the fulfilled item is used to match supplier documentation.
Cash App orders
Cash App orders remain pending until Hidden Royalty verifies payment. Fulfillment begins only after payment is confirmed.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact Hidden Royalty as soon as possible if an address correction is needed.
