Because research materials are lot-controlled products, order issues are reviewed using the payment record, fulfillment status, carrier information and supplier documentation.
Before fulfillment
If an order has not entered fulfillment, contact Hidden Royalty promptly to request a cancellation or correction. Approval depends on current order status.
Damaged, incorrect or documented quality issue
Contact Hidden Royalty with your order number and photos or other supporting information. We will review the issue with the fulfillment supplier and provide the appropriate resolution based on the order and lot documentation.
Cash App payments
Cash App orders are not submitted for fulfillment until payment is manually verified.
Shipping issues
Carrier delays, lost packages and address issues are reviewed using the tracking record and fulfillment status. Contact us as soon as possible so the shipment can be investigated.
